CELLARS OF NEW WINE

Your God longs to marinate your life with love.

Come apart with Me and I will consume you in rest, and suffuse My provision into you more abundantly.

But remember that sometimes the way to more is less. In cleaning the house we must often get rid of the old to bring in the new. Discard yesterday’s wineskins, and anything that has run its full course: relationships, attitudes, jobs and methods. Your old will not fit into your new.

Since letting go may feel painful, be encouraged that you are simply detaching what is dead to you, and death has no place with life.

By permitting a cross that is from Me, you are guaranteed a resurrection of something superior. This holy transformation leads to a greater taste of My presence in your life.

Simply trust that as you let Me sweeten each situation you shall experience the “glory of the Lord in the land of the living.”
