BODY GLORY

You may sometimes wonder, “When will I see more glory in this broken body?”

Remember, your glorious story is not over.  Together let us move forward into your next acquisition.  It’s yours.

Through the exchange of your body and the offering of My body, I have married you with the gift of unending life.  You are covenanted to Me.  Thus, no issue is too great for your rescuer.

But remember to lay down your body for Me to mysteriously minister.  It is in your weakness that My strength is made perfect.  (II Corinthians 12:9)

Rely on Me in your failings—let Me be your strength.  You need not be perfect.  That’s My job.  Release your broken attempts at temporal, conditional love.  You need never work up to a personal sense of goodness or righteous feelings.  Come before Me today, just as you are.

I love you regardless of what you do for I love you for who you are and I love you exactly as I made you.  Trust that.

When you feel exhausted, rest with Me—and let Me be your strength.  When you feel the burn of wounding, know My mercy saturates every sting.  There are many options for healing, and I have seen your life unfold in all its possibilities.

It is I who will work in you an “eternal weight of glory.”  Even your best works are nothing compared to My healing presence with you. Refuse to live in the realm of condemnation where the enemy yearns to take humanity―and especially those who are committed to My love.  You are already rescued and set free, My beloved.

Receive this, and believe Me when I tell you how much I love you.

“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.”
II Corinthians 4:16-17
