NEW! We’re excited to invite you to Daily Bread Drop-in—a 50-minute daily movement prophetic prayer practice designed to help you reclaim your story and step into full agency over the narratives that shape your life.

What is Daily Bread Drop-in?

This is a witnessed, embodied practice where you'll learn to craft life-giving narratives through Holy Spirit engagement and intentional movement. Each morning, we gather to declare what God is calling us to savor, to move our bodies through past/present/future, and to anchor ourselves in the daily bread stories that launch us into our days with power and purpose.

Schedule: Built for Your Time Zone

We meet 5 times per week, rotating through time zones so there's always a 9am option:

  • Monday: 9am EST

  • Tuesday: 10am EST (9am CST)

  • Wednesday: 11am EST (9am MST)

  • Thursday: 12pm EST (9am PST)

  • Friday: 2pm EST (for stay-at-home parents and work-from-home folks)


What We'll Do Together

Each session includes:

  • Atmosphere Prayers – Declarations around: What is God calling me to savor? What kind of story am I living today?

  • Movement Prayer Strategies – Using physical location to represent different narratives (floor = past, hands and knees = present, standing = future). Each session introduces a movement algorithm that gives structure to your narrative-making.

  • Witnessed Practice – This isn't solo journaling. We practice together, witnessed by community, which builds capacity in ways that private practice cannot.

What You'll Need

  • One or more large floor mats

  • Camera placement that shows your whole body's movement

  • A journal

  • Each morning: a sense of "my new prophetic narrative for the day"

We want this accessible, so choose what works for your season:

  • Drop-in (pay per session)
    $20 / $25 / $30 / $35

  • 4-Session Monthly Membership
    $70 / $90 / $110 / $120 per month

  • Unlimited Monthly Membership
    $140 / $180 / $220 / $240 per month (attend up to 20 sessions!)

Sign up the night before any session by 9pm EST.

Sessions require a 5-person minimum or will be canceled.
(Your credit rolls to the next session, no refunds.)


How This Practice Came to Be

Over 6+ years, Zia has been building her own storytelling capacity for embodied daily health, drawing on professional training in narrative design and developing it into a strategy for embodied prophetic storytelling.

Through 8 weeks of experimenting alongside the Movers and Makers Mastermind, she’s witnessed something powerful: people who are excellent at uprooting old mindsets often struggle to plant new ones through consistent daily practice. Many of us have never been taught the art of self-repair, capacity building, savoring, and narrative creation—especially when our stories have been externally determined our whole lives.

This practice is the answer to that gap.
