We had many new and successful events last year — thanks to all for your presence, prayers, and good cheer. This year we have several exciting new programs — linked at the bottom of the page!

WHAT WE’VE BEEN GOING THROUGH LATELY: Boundaries, Grief, and Stewarding Your Soul

Since 2020 when the UNCORKelevate healing mentoring program first commenced, every year has been an exercise in self stewardship, boundaries, and self accountability.


From a religious mindset, boundaries are rigid. 

  • They are based on sin.

  • They are based on evil and good.

  • Everyone’s boundaries are the same. 

  • It’s judgment on others to say “no” to what other people think they need from you. 

From a grace mindset, however, boundaries are based on my needs at this time, by the Spirit.  They are based on how I’ve grown, my capacity at this time, my desires, how I want to get fed, my sow-rest-reap balance, and also my creative trajectory for that season. What I need or want to focus on and put energy-time-attention into are also big. 


Bottom Line

What is drawing you with joy?

A big one is — what energy do I have (or not) for the upcoming season?  Which projects draw me in, and which ones are merely obligatory? How is God the biggest cheerleader and defender for your boundaries?

All of this “stuff” makes up what I need for this season.

This knowledge of boundaries/self stewardship/needs has evolved over our time doing UNCORKelevate.  Every lesson has been super valuable.  Additionally, every cycle the Spirit shines light on additional boundaries or needs for the year. 


Relationships Naturally Shift

From there, grief pops up. Anger. Fear. Sadness. Usually about why that need didn’t get met before. 

From a childhood lens it can sound like this:

  • Why didn’t anyone do anything? 

  • Why didn’t anyone step in? 

  • Why didn’t anyone reach out or notice? 

  • Where was the reciprocity?

From a more recent adulthood lens this can look like:

  • How did I become everyone else’s emotional utility?

  • How did I get used to support everyone else’s life but no one supports mine?

  • Why is everyone interested in my helping them find success and happiness but can’t cheer for my success and happiness?

  • Why am I expected to save people over and over who won’t lift a finger to save themselves?

  • etc.

These are childhood wounds that are getting unearthed at a deeper level so we can level up — into more fulfilling attachments and relationships and situations for the future. As adults we usually think our current relationships are going to change when we heal, and some of them do— especially those who are soul family, especially those who are on a similar pacing and growth trajectory. 

There aren’t many on this path however. At least not until we reach our final form on the planet, and then it’s time for full glory. 

Many are welcome and few are chosen as it were. ;) But also, that’s fine. People naturally find their own rhythm. It’s not the pace, but rather the authentic path that’s important. If I’m going to mess up your authentic growth trajectory, or you mine, then God is obliged to do some quantum disentanglement, or a type of spiritual surgery to save us both from getting in each others way. 

So, what happens more often with peripheral connections, or people whose path is splitting from mine? 

  • People begin to go at their own pace. 

  • It becomes increasingly clear that they can’t give you what you rightfully need in reciprocity, and holding your breath for them doesn’t help.

  • You realize that you must let them be where they are.

  • You start to grieve what you didn’t get as a child. 

  • God inspires trust to bring you what you’re missing because he always does bring it.

  • You put out a creative container (or many) in faith to catch the new blessing(s).


This is the process we increasingly go through, especially over the past several years during the UNCORKelevate launch season.  This year is no different.

2025-26 NEW PROGRAMS

  • Movers & Makers Mastermind — Join our focused program featuring somatic healing through Spirit-filled creativity and movement in the body to release trapped areas, culminating in an art gallery showing in San Diego! Our recent Somatic Retreat was one key example of this. The start date for this mastermind is Tuesday November 25th at 8pm EST. (Please sign up as early as you can since we need at least 5 to go forward with a mastermind.)

  • Premiere Coaching Option — Now available for those who have done the foundational healing work and are ready to pursue larger life goals. This is for anyone who has moved out of survival into thriving and is positioned and motivated to build their own life expansion on a foundation of prayer support, on-call guidance, and integrated life-coaching. The higher up-initial investment provides on-call personalized guidance, focused goal strategies, and unraveling of issues as they occur. We feel called to support those who have mastered their energy and gravity and are ready for more. See the link above for more info and to apply.

PREMIERE HEALING

I am raising you into a maturity necessary to fulfill the wonderful plans I have set for you. “When you were a child, you talked and reasoned like a child.  When you became a man, you put childish ways behind you.” (I Cor. 13:11)   As you grow, notice how immediate cravings fail to dominate you, how quickly you forgive others, and how much greater authority you command over creation.  It is a pleasure to share the Kingdom with you.  My presence within brightens reality.

Though life is wondrous and beautiful, it is passing away as “a breeze that does not return.” (Psalm 78:39)  Enjoy it wisely. 

There is abundant territory available for you to recover, but I need you properly equipped.  You would not send a child out to do the mission of an adult.  Nor will I.  Through My mentoring, you can master the gifts and tools for perfecting your way.  They are yours for the taking.  I never hold back toward My people whom I love.  Do not hold back either.  Open your heart to receive more of who I am for you.
