Assumption of Risk and Release

By participating in this somatic retreat program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


1. Personal Responsibility

You participate in all activities entirely at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any consequences, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your participation.

2. No Liability

The organizers, facilitators, instructors, venue owners, and all associated parties DO NOT assume any responsibility or liability for:

  • Physical injuries of any kind

  • Spiritual, emotional, or psychological responses or reactions

  • Personal property loss, theft, or damage

  • Medical emergencies or health complications

  • Any adverse reactions to retreat activities, accommodations, or food

  • Transportation-related incidents

  • Any other losses, damages, or harm that may occur including financial.

3. Medical and Health Considerations

  • You confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate

  • You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications, or limitations that may affect your participation

  • The retreat does not provide medical advice or treatment

  • You are encouraged to consult your healthcare provider before participating

  • This program is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

4. Voluntary Participation

  • All participation is entirely voluntary

  • You may discontinue participation at any time

  • You are responsible for honoring your own boundaries and limits

5. Release of Claims

You hereby release, waive, and discharge all claims against the retreat and its representatives for any liability, loss, damage, or injury that may result from participation in this program.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the retreat organizers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.

7. “At Will” Relationships

UNCORKgenius has the right to change the relationship terms at any time for any legal reason without notice. Members and employees also have the right to quit at any time.

ALL IN ALL

As you come seeking My insight, remember that I am your all in all.  I am already within your being.  You never have to strain for My direction and gifts, for I promised I would never leave you.  I love that you simply seek to rest in My presence.  It is there we can commune, where you will find peace, encouragement, wisdom, healing, or anything of My abundant flow for your life. When you strive, you may miss what I want to say.  Start with receiving My love for you. 

Do what it takes for you to find peace in My created world.  You are never too far from finding Me there.  Sometimes a walk, or a drive, or some other less concentrated act can bring you to the door of our communing.  Go there if need be, for every prayer time is simply where I desire to connect to you intimately, My beloved.  

In My presence I have a waterfall of love for you.  This happens every time we commune, but especially in our more intimate times together, whether in worship or everyday living. I want you to know, feel, and sense the love of God which surpasses all natural understanding.  Then you will more deeply experience that I am a real and present God, alive and well, and as close as your heart. Others will see this in you and desire what you are.  Share with them the richness of our relationship, so that we can savor the Kingdom together.
