Attendance at any UNCORKgenius event requires agreement with this.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING


Assumption of Risk and Release

By participating in UNCORKgenius you acknowledge and agree to the following:


1. Personal Responsibility

You participate in all activities entirely at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any consequences, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your participation.

2. Liability

The organizers, facilitators, instructors, venue owners, and all associated parties do not assume any responsibility or liability for:

  • Spiritual, emotional, or psychological responses or reactions

  • Any kind of physical injuries, medical health issues, adverse reactions to activities/accommodations/food

  • Transportation-related incidents (such as at in-person events)

  • Any other losses, damages, or harm that may occur including financial, personal property, etc.

3. Medical and Health Considerations

  • You confirm that you are in suitable spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical condition to participate. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications, or limitations that may affect your participation

  • UNCORKgenius does not provide medical advice or treatment. You are encouraged to consult your healthcare provider before participating

  • This program is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

4. Voluntary Participation — for all parties

  • UNCORKgenius reserves the right to remove any participant or modify program terms at any time for any legal reason, with or without notice. Terms for prepaid services will be handled according to our refund policy.

  • Members and employees also have the right to quit at any time. All participation is entirely voluntary. Similar to UNCORKgenius, you are responsible for honoring your own boundaries and limits.

5. Multimedia Participation

  • One-on-one sessions are not recorded by UNCORKgenius unless specifically requested by the client. If recorded, those recordings are for the client's personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

  • Clients and participants may not record any UNCORKgenius sessions, classes, or events.

  • By attending UNCORKgenius events — such as classes and masterminds — participants consent to being recorded by UNCORKgenius for its own use. Participants who wish to have specific remarks removed from any recording or published content must notify us within 30 days after the event.

  • While UNCORKgenius takes reasonable precautions to protect privacy, no online platform is completely secure, and attendees accept responsibility for any content they share that may later become public, including through screen recording or other means.

6. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge UNCORKgenius, its owners, facilitators, staff, contractors, and venue partners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UNCORKgenius and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your participation or actions during the program, including any injury to yourself or others.
