SUMMARY

Spiritual Energy is the flow of love’s intention in a relational exchange—it is personal, directional, and carries the motive of whoever is sending it.  Unlike a spiritual atmosphere (which is more like a weather pattern affecting everyone), energy has a specific personality and a sender.  It can be felt, discerned, and it transfers through relationships, objects, gifts, physical touch, art, land, and even food.  The simplest test:  it has a “sense”— either the smell of genuine love and goodwill, or the stink of manipulation and control.

Healthy energy is generated when we receive good gifts from God, ourselves, and others.  Unhealthy energy flows from receiving gifts with bad intent—or by receiving in such a way to that causes imbalance—such as people-pleasing, codependency, or starving our own desires.  We are constantly in exchange whether or not we realize it, and the energy is detectable by those around us who are spiritually attuned.

The charts presented map how energy can flow, such as between a prayer coach, an individual seeking healing, and the wider network of relationships around that person. The core insight:  if the person seeking help is still deeply connected to draining/negative relationships and is not doing their own work with God, the burden falls entirely on the prayer coach and the exchange becomes unsustainable.  A healthy dynamic is when a group of people generate positive energy together and the person entering the group agrees with the energy of healing, because good energy always displaces bad.

It is because good is generative and bad is just a symptom of absence.  The moment the real thing shows up and keeps showing up, there is no room left for the counterfeit.  Keep coming back to the same practical point — stay full.  Jesus:  “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”  Luke 6:38.

Good energy is alive because it is connected to God, a source that does not run out.  What is from God is fruitful and multiplies when shared.

KEY POINTS

  1. God Draws Everything to Himself.  The cosmos is like one great circulatory system coming from and returning to God.

  2. Receiving Is as Holy as Giving.  We have often been guilted into giving out of obligation, and that same wounding makes it hard to ask for what we genuinely need.  Naming our needs without shame is its own act of healing.

  3. Nobody Has Ever Been Us Before.  Nobody can hand us a manual for our specific calling, because it has never existed—we may as well step into it, since no one has the credentials to tell us we are wrong at being ourselves.

  4. Inauthenticity Creates Energetic Imbalance.  When we tell ourselves one thing and God another, we create a crooked flow in our spiritual lives that the spiritually healthy can sense, and which quietly damages our relationships and our health.

  5. Jealousy and Envy Are Maps to Our Desires.  When we choose jealousy or envy, it’s a moral failing— but the root emotions are not failures.  They are damaged desires pointing to gifts and longings we have starved in ourselves — facing them honestly is where healing begins rather than where it ends.

  6. The Dream-Killer Spirit Attacks What It Cannot Claim.  The spirit that shuts down gifts and callings is not straightforward — it comes sideways, often as concern or critique, insisting we lack the profile, the credentials, or the right to what God has already placed inside us.

  7. The Tomb Was Always a Womb.  Whatever looks dead in our lives — a relationship, a dream, a calling, finances, or health — God's pattern is not burial but planting; what darkness intends as an ending, Heaven intends as a beginning.

  8. Self-Forgiveness Is An Energy Generator.  When we fail, we can forgive ourselves — but self-forgiveness loops into self-worth, which loops back into self-forgiveness, and that cycle is a powerful generator of healthy spiritual energy.

  9. Carrying Too Many of Others' Burdens Slows Their Healing.  When we do someone's prayer work for them, we rob them of the growth that comes from facing God on their own.

  10. Codependency Often Begins When a Gift Was Hidden for Safety.  We hide our gifts to protect ourselves from those who are threatened by them, and we then keep running into the same threatened personalities throughout life; the test each time is whether we will shine without asking permission.

  11. Throwing Off Spiritual Weight Brings Physical Freedom.  There is a real connection between letting go of energetic burden and physical measurable well-being.

  12. The Throne of Grace Is a Love Seat.  The mercy seat in Heaven is a love seat — the ultimate picture of what God's court really is—a place of courtship.  It’s not a place where we experience the dread of judgment, but an intimate space where we are invited to sit and rule with Him.

RELATIONSHIPS

I love to commune with My people.

Isn’t life more about our being one than it is about what you are doing for Me?  Let your activity stem from our union, for nowhere else can you know the depth of My call on your life than in the time we spend together.

Wasn’t the purpose of the cross to unite us in a covenant bond—marrying you into the family of God?

Everything is for love.  All I do for you is My way of reaching out, drawing you in, calling you My own.  My intent is always nearness.

Within My gifts for you, please do not lose sight of Me.  This life is about our relationship.  I long for all My people—the entire earth and everyone in it—to experience Me more, to know I love them passionately.

When our relationship is strong, it yields a rich harvest:  fellowship with your brothers and sisters, deeper joy, the comfort of the Spirit, greater trust in Me, a growing hatred for sin and sickness, healing in the world, and the peace of knowing you are eternally loved.

Seek Me first in everything.  See Me everywhere.  I am with you always and My love never escapes you.  Come and partake of this banquet of grace I have for you right here, right now.

”You are not strangers, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.”
Ephesians 2:19
