Key Points

  1. Why God Loves You.  Dave shares how the most disarming answer to why God loves us came from someone most people would have written off:  without hesitation he simply said, "because I'm his kid" — cutting through every performance-based system the world uses to assign worth.  God often packages answers in unremarkable wrapping as a motive check, so we don't miss them at face value. 

  2. God Often Chooses Humble Packages.  The King of the universe arriving into it as a baby shows how God uses humble, unconventional, or socially awkward methods to test whether we are receiving in the Spirit or only responding to what looks polished and well-marketed. 

  3. Hero Worship is a Trap.  Admiring others is natural, but when that admiration convinces us we are not enough to answer God's individual call, it slides into idolatry — and the enemy conveniently attaches blame to the flip side of it, so that when things do not work out, we have someone to point to instead of listening to the Holy Spirit for ourselves.

  4. Who Should Be Loved? Overculture vs. Kingdom.  Every environment carries keynotes that say there is only one acceptable kind of person here — but the Kingdom of God operates on the Yes in the spirit, welcoming all regardless of conformity. 

  5. Our Presence Carries Spiritual Gravity.  We do not always need to say the right thing or perform the right spiritual act — sometimes our presence is already attracting good things and exposing darkness without us realizing it, which means we do not have to blame ourselves every time our arrival stirs something up in a room. 

  6. Christ's Body Is Where Everyone Benefits Together.  God's design is that when the body exchanges gifts and authority, there is more health for everybody — all the ships rise with the tide — whereas Luciferian systems concentrate the glory in one narcissistic center and leave everyone else disintegrated.  God loves us toward excellence, while the enemy seeks excellence without love.

  7. Structural Churches Can Become Fireplaces Without Fire.  Any community organized only around ruler, teacher, and servant gifts — all emphasizing conformity and structural systems — tends to push out prophets, exhorters, givers, and mercies, eventually becoming a fireplace without a fire. 

  8. Priceless-ness vs. False Price Tags.  Wherever we may have placed price tags on our callings/gifts, and on other people and their callings/gifts, we can giveGod the exchange rate and let Heaven set the value.  

  9. Heaven's Economy Through the Earth’s Economy.  Heaven's spiritual economy is relational, and designed to flow into the earthly economy — including finances.  Compartmentalizing God away from areas like money or career is one of the enemy's primary strategies for limiting us.  God gives us workarounds in places of institutional slavery. 

  10. God’s Creative Financial Strategies.  After asking God about finances, Zia and Dave came across a financial author named Mark Quann and his teaching on the M1 Finance system — a vehicle that functions as a family bank with a ceiling on gains but no downside loss — as a practical illustration that God can point us toward creative alternatives when we are willing to ask and to listen. 

  11. One Person's Prayers Can Shift Even the Largest Public Systems.  Dave and Zia were woken by the Lord in the middle of the night to intercede for a well-known public figure and sensed a clear release by the end of that hour — a testimony that we all carry something better than wealth or worldly leverage:  we have Jesus, and our prayer has genuine reach into systems far beyond our visible size. 

  12. We Are Heaven's Delight.  The Hebrew name Naomi, meaning "the Lord's delight," with a possessive suffix indicating belonging, is a picture of how God sees each one of us:  not as performers being evaluated, but as his own; and understanding that identity is what gives us the freedom to laugh at ourselves, share our gifts without hiding, and receive everything God has already prepared.

JUST AHEAD

You have discovered so much!  And even so, in front of us are untrodden routes of adventure, leading ultimately the full incomprehensible land of Heaven. 

And I am here, to give you more.  I am glad to have you travel with Me through the maze of life for which I have the map.  Your map is too incomplete to get you to where you want.  How could it?  Each step of Mine is carefully sculpted with a detail you could not know, nor could I explain.

I say trust Me because otherwise it would only confuse you and cause you greater strain.  It’s much easier to trust Me.

Know that I am the God of all.  I live in you and even though you don’t always know where we are going, I know.  I do nothing without a reason.  Nothing!  I would never waste your time, effort, energy.  Your life here is too short for that.  Believe Me, for I am your provider and defender.

Walk along side with Me.  I am here, with you, loving you, serving you, being in you.  You’ve got all of Me now—please do not doubt Me or despair, My friend.

Love moves us; trust sustains you.  Receive from Me.  Live with Me.  I’m taking care of it all.
